If you have previously received a scholarship award from SPARC SCHOLARS there's no need to complete the full application again this year.  Instead, please provide...

• A copy of your enrollment letter for the upcoming school year

• A copy of any financial aid award letter(s) for the upcoming school year

• Your most recent report card

• Any changes to your contact information (email, mailing address, etc.)

• An updated Tuition & Financial Aid Worksheet (see link below)
